Only show the controls that apply to the selected widget type

Some controls in the widget editor (for example icon size) don't change anything on certain widget types or sizes, because the layout is grid-based and the icon size is fixed there. This is confusing.

In an upcoming version, only the controls that actually make a difference for the selected widget type will stay visible, so it's clear which settings apply.
