Keep the Live Activity running all day

iOS ends a Live Activity after about 8 hours, so the quick-launch bar on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island disappears during the day.

Idea: an "Extend Live Activity" action for the Shortcuts app plus a short guide for setting up time-based automations, so the bar stays on around the clock.
