2.0.5 · Your groups can't be overwritten

Adding a second device now merges both sides instead of one replacing the other. A copy of your layout is also kept before anything replaces it, so you can go back to how it was: Settings, Backup, Recent versions.

Large icons are sharp

Layouts that show fewer, larger icons now load them at the size they are actually drawn, instead of one size for everything. Same memory, sharper tiles.

Empty space is yours

A new switch in Edit Widget decides whether tapping the empty space opens the app. Set it per widget, so a sparse one can stay quiet while a full one stays tappable.

Also in this update

• The widget answers faster. Changing settings no longer refreshes the widget over and over, and app names are drawn more cheaply. This is for the widgets that stopped answering taps in a busy group.
• A failed tap keeps your place. If a tile can't open its app, the widget now stays in the folder you were in. It used to jump back to the top as well, so nothing opened and you lost your place.
• Short numbers work. Emergency lines and the three or four digit codes banks and carriers use can be tiles now. They were quietly refused before.
